Have you not heard of the Truth Commission that completed its work in 1996
after interviewing thousands of victims of autrocities committed during the
three year period of the coup d'etat?  A report was published with long lists
of offenders.  The problem thus far is that other than the successful
Raboteau trial and an earlier trial, no one else has been brought to justice.
