I would assume by your post that the official government position is that
the boat people are "ecomomic refugees" not political due to an unjust

How do you differeciate the Aristide governement from all other governemnts
in the past twenty years which has used the same line to explain the haitian
political/economic refugees? They lied ...you tell  the truth???
