Dear Friend,
Let's talk about modern history. Haiti is soon to confront the sanctions of
the resolution 822. You know well toto constant cannot be returned to you ,
since you offer no guarantee for fair trial. Look around you. How many times
a judge has asked to release Prosper Avril and the exequatur never came. Mr.
Aristide has his own way of delivering justice. Didn't he pick Delatour as
Chief of Justice after that lawyer expressed that Mr Avril belongs in jail
because he had his soldiers hit my friend Namphy.

Call all the members of the cabint and ask them to resign: that would be a
great service to the country, a patriotic gesture after condoning so many
crimes.
