INS appeals bonds, blocks Haitians'release

It will be a good idea if INS and the FBI  make a serious investigation to
find out who are really those smuggling suspects.There is a rumor in Haiti
saying that 7 men among those boat people were haitian policemen from the
Haiti National Police. If  this investigation on those men  goes a little
further a lot of surprises will come out.
Furthermore,some haitian policemen were trained in some Latin American
countries in 1994.
