Haiti policy still a sham

The Lavalas government is panicking. A wide propaganda campaign has been
launched these days by the lavalas government of Jean Bertrand Aristide in
the US press in order to  manipulate the landing of 200 haitian on October
29 in Miami and ask for the release of international aid .Lavalas launched a
vicious campaign  against Governor Bush just a week before the end of the
Florida Election to influence the black vote against Governor Bush and the
Republican Party in Florida and maybe in some other US states .The media
campaign was national. Hopefully, it did not worked.
Now,  the Lavalas comedy goes on  with press articles like this one.

Lavalas is ,as usual, playing the victim and has instructed highly paid
lobbyists like Ira Kurzban to lie to the world by presenting the political
situation of Haiti as a  problem created by the Republican Administration .

Hopefully, we know better than that.We know that lobbyists like Ira Kurzban
and Ron Dullums are receiving hundred of thousand of US dollars  from the
famous tyrant and dictator Jean Bertrand Aristide, to fool the American
public opinion.

The cause for misery and poverty in Haiti today comes from the
irresponsability and mediocrity of Jean Bertrand Aristide and his  Lavalas
goons .No one can put the responsability of the haitian mess on the
Republican Party .It is not fair! Jean Bertrand Aristide is the only person
responsible.

Furthermore, it is normal that the US Administration asks JBA to go and seat
with the opposition. JBA is a defacto and  an illegal president ,a thief and
a murderer. JBA in two years sat only once with   three leaders from the
Convergence Democratique at the Nuncio residence in Petion Ville.  What a
model of Democracy, indeed, he is ..... !!!  JBA cannot stand the haitian
opposition. He wants it dead . In March 2001, July 28,2001 and December
17th,2001,  Lavalas attacked violently the haitian opposition political
parties, burned their offices and homes and killed many members of the
haitian democratic forces . Everyone on this list , I would advise you to go
on: www. haitipolicy.org . It's an excellent internet site on political
haitian issues, and  read the report of OAS  about  December17th  attacks
against the haitian opposition. The numerous violations of human rights and
the killings of opponents like those two members of haitian political
parties who were thrown out from a  haitian police helicopter in  December
2001 over Plateau Central should (Read May27th ,2001 letter of Mr. Mario
Andresol, Central Director of the Judiciary Police to Cesar Gaviria, General
Secretary of the Organization of American States) ,serve as  examples of
what kind of bloody killings Jean Bertrand Aristide is capable of .The
kidnappings, the  torturing and  the killings of many other haitian citizens
that  want to play the democratic game from different sectors of the civil
society  and the forced exile of 26 journalists  in 2001 and 2002 , are
proofs also  that JBA is crazy.

Jean Bertrand Aristide has succeeded in 1991 and from 1994 to 2002 to
misappropriate multilateral and  bilateral funds .He has  also succeeded to
misappropriate  humanitarian aid and the counrty's savings. Since 1994, US
Dollars 1.2 billion have already been stolen by the regime of Jean Bertrand
Aristide from international aid.

JBA is also  one of the  masterminds of drug trafficking into America.
Fifteen percent of the trade cocaine transit through Haiti. JBA and his
goons are controlling the cocaine  trafficking from  Haiti.

So, when I hear some members  of the  Black Caucus and clowns like Ira
Kurzban and Ron Dullums lamenting themselves on the situation of Haiti, and
asking for the release of international aid, they make me laugh, because
those guys are paid  either with haitian taxpayers money or some other dirty
money by Jean Bertrand Aristide to play this tragi comedy.

Mr.Kurzban ! Political , economical  and social  chaos ; state terrorism and
anarchy in Haiti, have been created by the incompetence, mediocrity, cynism
, machiavelism and irresponsability of your famous client : JEAN BERTRAND
ARISTIDE . Stop   using scapegoats to hide your own failure !


This time , mister, it will not work !
