This whole debate on the resignation of the duly
elected president of the Haitian people is getting
ridiculous. Aristide was elected for 5 years. For all
you Tonto Macoutes out there, 5 years mean 5 years.
You may not like him, you may disagree with him on a
whole lot of different subjects, please respect the
choice of the people. Should the Haitian people keep
electing presidents until there's one that Washington
and you Tonton Macoutes like?? I am certain that there
are quite a few world leaders who don't like the
president of the USA (the Father of all Tonton
Macoutes). But they don't ask for his resignation and
sure don't try to destabilize his government. It's
really a shame that the so-called Haitian opposition
is helping Washington destroy Haiti. Shame on you all.

Aristide and Lavalas are not perfect, but neither did
Duvalier nor the bunch that succeded him. When you
talk about freedom of press and democracy in Haiti; I
don't believe that the press had ever been so free
before. Of course, it could be freer. But it's also
not the worse Haiti has seen.
By the way, even though Aristide has lost some of his
support, but there's none of the
so-called-want-to-be.president from the so-called
opposition who can beat him in a free and fair
presidential election.
Aristide should serve his term just like George Bush
Junior. Schröder is very unpopular in Germany even
though he won the elections last month. He lied to the
masses about a whole lot of things; but I don't see
anybody out there demonstrating and asking for his
violent overthrow.

What about Mr. Bush whose election was very
questionable??? Should he resign or be overthrown????

You don't like Aristide and Lavalas. Be patient, get
organized and wait until the next elections. But you
don't want to do that because the people know you and
won't vote for you. Your only resource is violence,
demagogy.

What a shame!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
