The Haitian Resource Development Foundation is pleased to announce a legal
forum taking place on Saturday, December 7th, 2002, at the University of
Miami Law School, 1311 Miller Drive, Conference Room #109, in Coral Gables,
from 8:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m.  The theme of the forum will be : Haiti’s
Judicial Reform and the Role of the Legal Educational System.

This forum is a collaborative effort of the Haitian Resource Development
Foundation (HRDF), the International Foundation  For Electoral Systems
(IFES), Le Centre International de Lafayette in Louisiane,  The French
Section of the Louisiana State Bar Association, and Haiti’s State University
School of Law.

Attendants will have the opportunity to hear a panel of legal experts from
France, Belgium, Canada, United States and Haiti.
