Is Haiti  in such  a sad shape now that haitians would opt for baby Doc
Duvalier's return? That is really sad. To think that there are now some
Haitians that would think that a normal  occurrrence. That is really sad.

would hope that we have better than that now in Haiti and that the Haitian
people have grown  enough to know better.  Well as they say a people
always
choose the leader he deserves........
