Hi.

I'm a new subscriber on your list,and I have visiting Haiti(Port au
Prince)many times when
Papa Doc was in Office.When I read the messages on your mail,I have the
impression that this days nothing has changed for the friendly people of
Haiti.
Can anybody tell my why it is so difficult to bring democracy in this poor
country.
