Zanmi'm Jacques just came in from okap on tuesday.
He took a truck cause no busses had fuel.

He says that there is a lot of fighting all over up there.
But then he hates haitian politics.

Oh, my sister in law came in from okap on monday and her bus
ran out of fuel in the  middle of the night around pilboro.
Then the bus was robbed at gunpoint while everyone was
sleeping. They were awakened, that is, by armed zenglendo.

She says that there  are manifestation chak jou protesting no gaz.
