Diesel is now $19H a gallon, gas 27HD.  Exchange rate is down around
48 gourdes/USD from almost 55 last week.  Also, there has been, for
over a week a strike of camion drivers.  This would include rock,
gravel and water trucks.  It's dry season and many people who don't
have CAMEP are now out of water, and don't know the facts, but have
heard hotels are not accepting  reservations because they don't have
any water reserves left.
