Haitian immigrants held after coming ashore

Sixteen Haitian migrants are in custody after they came ashore illegally
near Juno Beach early Wednesday, authorities said.

The eight men and eight women were seen hiding in mangroves and walking
along coastal roads.

The U.S. Coast Guard and U.S. Border Patrol agents were unable to find the
boat that dropped the group off.

The migrants were taken to the Krome detention center in southwest
Miami-Dade County
