The Haitian government very funny. They try to figure out way to get all
hougans to give money to government every year. They make vodou legal which
mean lisense. Maybe when money start coming in they put Mildred in charge of
ministry of cult. Mildred have impressive resume. She go from Teleco money
to phone card money to cell phone money. Now she in aids money. Soon hougans
send her money too. Maybe she finance Dany Glover film. Her husband play
Toussaint in film. I talk with old man yesterday. He say Toussaint not build
airport. Duvalier build airport. He say Aristide take down old monuments
build new ones with his name on them. He say why Clinton not leave with
Aristide.
