Congratulations! Great view-point in regard to the
" CENTRALIZATION OF VODOU IN HAITI."

I sincerely agree with you.  Vodou should remain "DECENTRALIZED" in HAITI as it exits elsewhere, mainly in several African Nations.

A look at the History of many "Organized Religions" or "Centralized Religions" in the Western Civilization can teach us greatly about the persecutions and sufferings endured by many faithful believers.

To promote and to protect the "Sacred Rites of Vodou" in HAITI
can also be done by engaging in the study of "VODOU TRADITION" of several African Nations.  This study can be used as a "MODEL" for the training of the authorized few and thus keep alive the "Sacred Rites of Vodou" and its cultural awereness in HAITI.
