Sogebank has an ATM, and using their Visa Checkcard I can get money from
my account, but I do not know if they use international visa cards, etc.

Many local businesses change checks drawn on US banks into Haitian
gourdes for those of us who live here.  If no one else has the answer
for you, I could call the bank and find out.  please write me directly
