Marassa confused. Lavalas complain they have no money for nothing cause
in'tl community turn off the charity. At same time they announce Taiwan
giving big money for housing developments. So which is it? Taiwan part of
int'l community. they give money and lots of vehicles, but supposedly there
is an embargo. Maybe embargo isn't embargo after all, but convenient way to
explain imcompetence, greed and theft.

Marassa's confusion is similar to confusion people have who support Lavalas
regime. They support it because republicans in U.S. against it. Kind of like
Paul Robeson and Stalin. Very sad.  They show themselves to be just as
ideologically driven as the people they despise. Meanwhile people eating
lots and lots of clay.
