Phil Knowles commented: “The people who burned the hydro plant in Haiti must
be brutal and hateful. What self-destructive, nation-damaging, Haiti-hurting
evil could motivate such an act?”
Indeed Phil, these acts are committed by people whose brain function the
same way as that of Thimothy McVey. However, no more than McVey, Charles
Manson, Ruddolph et.al., it doesn’t seem as though “Self-destruction” is
what motivates them. Hatred of the collective, the nation, the state are
better candidates. As a matter of fact, they seem to always manage to save
their “self” from whatever destruction follows their acts. Sometimes, they
are even helped and rewarded for it, n’est-ce pas ?
Whereas everyone understands and accepts that, when striking in your
homelands (the U.S., Canada, Europe), such barbarians ought to be prosecuted
and punished to the fullest extent of the law, when they strike in Haiti,
Venezuela, Congo, South Africa, Zimbabwe – they are somehow invited to sit
and share power with the elected officials. Remember Cedras signing the
Governor’s island accord?
Charles Arthur,
Dear brother, I admire your persistance but I doubt any IRI or CIA officials
will address your questions on this list or any other place, anytime soon.
Have you not noticed how these days the " free and independant" news
agencies of the "free world" choose to completely ignore the known cosy
relationship that exists between Guy Philippe, his " Equator boys" and the
U.S. administration (CIA and all).
Yet, matter-of-factly it was once said in passing, in the very same U.S.
media how:
«...the United States has turned to, among others, Emmanuel "Toto" Constant,
a CIA operative who headed a brutal paramilitary squad in the early 1990s,
and U.S.-trained former military men Jean-Jacques Nau and Guy Philippe, who
have been implicated in recent coup attempts».
Washington Post, Monday, March 4, 2002; Page A14.
Such important “assets”, deserving the best of protection, of course, they
never fail to benefit a good word from “the embassy”...
«Nau and Philippe denied they were contemplating a coup. But within days,
they and a half-dozen other officers fled to the Dominican Republic.
Two other officers implicated in the reports sought refuge in the Dominican
Embassy in Port-au-Prince. Haitian authorities wanted to wait them out. But
Alexis said they were allowed instead to travel unmolested to the Dominican
Republic -- AT THE REQUEST OF THE U.S. EMBASSY». Washignton Post, Feb 2,
2001
So now, coming from the D.R, as prophesied by the Washingon Post more than 2
years ago, well protected criminals attempted to blow the Peligre Dam to
pieces. The same week-end, other clues are uncovered at a certain Judy's
house and a mysterious Bible totting "missionary" (James White Glenn) is
caught red-handed with all kinds of uniforms and explosive "church"
amunitions in Gonaïves....but don't worry be happy - "TERRORISTS DON'T LOOK
LIKE THIS"!. So, when they “release” him, you and I need not know.
In any case, the OAS done told us that Dec. 17th coup was not a coup -
therefore it wasn't. They did not say what is was but that's besides the
point. They told you what it wasn't so shut up! this is a demokkkracy after
all. In due respect of the Demokkkratic charter, the GOH has paid
"Reparations" to its opposition "victims" and is now working hard to arrest
Amyot Métayer as per the OAS demands. And, no, it is not your perogative to
point to the obvious, outrageous flip of guilt achieved by our "protectors
of the demokkkratic charter"...stop asking why Guy Philippe and Jean Tatoune
must remain free – Amyot Métayer is the wanted one. No matter if Tatoune, in
particular, is a convicted criminal (charged, judged by a jury his peers,
found guilty, sentenced to life in jail)...who escaped spectacularly the
same day as Amyot Métayer....it doesn't matter. Pretend not to see. That's
how demokkkracy works my friend! Get with the program !
"get rid of Aristide and rebuild the disbanded Haitian army. "That would be
the cleanest solution," said one opposition party leader. Failing that, they
say, the CIA should train and equip Haitian officers exiled in the
neighboring Dominican Republic so they could stage a comeback themselves.»
Washington Post, Feb 2, 2001.
Charles, if you want to see how many times questions such as yours have been
asked and ignored on this list, go to Bob's web page and search for key
words "Guy Phillipe, CIA" .
Oh, two last questions please (no answers expected ): What are the official
as well as the real reasons for Brian Dean Curran’s relief of his post? And
why has the new Bourik Chaje not taken over yet?
