what is the point to this post?  is laleau equating nadal with a brutal chef
de section?  if so, what is the connection? i do not know mr. nadal and
usually disagree with his positions, but has ms. laleau any evidence linking him to
the kinds of brutality that the chef de section was out to commit?
furthermore, what is the author's motive in telling us that she used to work for the
oas?  is that supposed to add weight to her opinion?  if so, she is mistaken, as
for some of us it surely does the exact opposite.
i am not defending anyone, just asking for clarity because i really do not
know much about haiti, which strikes me as a VERY complex place.
