Haitian government in the United States. ``This cooperation is a major step
forward for Haiti.''

I think Ira is ready of the Comedy Channel or Saturday Night Live. Everybody
in Haiti and the United States knew about this man's suspected involvement
in drugs. Even Americas Most Wanted. This is simply a case of Jean-Claude
Paul revised for Lavalas. Instead of getting a soup, he was given a swift
ticket out of Haiti when he became an inconvenience to the government. I
think Ira should go back to doing immigration work. As a Haitian citizen, I
demand a refund from our "General Counsel". He's making us look like idiots.
