If you happen to be in New York on June 28:
La Troupe Makandal joins steel pan, reggae, and more for a Caribbean
Festival on the Plaza of the Brooklyn Public Library at Grand Army Plaza.
The Festival runs from 1 to 4 pm, and Makandal goes on around 2:30.
