Marassa wants to know why when economists make up numbers to describe Haiti
they no calculate people as an export? seem very obvious that any real
calcuation of GDP, or GNP or Balance of Payments would have to consider
number of people leaving island for Diaspora. Maybe in that respect,
economically, things not so bad, since thousands and thousands go legally
and many thousands go illegally....
just trying to make lemonade with lemons....and hoping to appease many on
list who tired of bad news only being exported.
