The street food name could be Fritaille or Fritay which are
in essence fried food (marinade, griot, sausage pate kode,
patate, banan pese, lame veritab).

Or it coould be "chien jambe" which is really more of rice
with some sort of meat or haitian legume, but cooked in the
street.
