Dear Steven--Right. a "truth commission" is essential to even begin the
process
of rectification. Parents who refuse to even allow the truth to be told
make it
impossible for rectification and forgiveness to ever occur. In the
political
realm, there are too many economic interests involved in the past and at
present for the truth to be heard. It's being told all the time. But when
it's
spoken it's written off as "left-wing rhetoric" or such like. --nancy
