Jean St.Vil is spot-on again. Is this Honduras - where Michel Francois is
"beyond the reach of US agents" - the same Honduras where US Ambassador John
Negroponte (now US Ambassador to the United Nations) ran the Contra war against
the Sandinista government in Nicaragua in the 1980s?  Is this United States, the
same United States that seizes people in Afghanistan and Pakistan, and
incarcerates them in the Guantanamo Bay prison camp in flagrant breach of all
accepted legal norms? Come on, such reporting is taking us all for complete fools.
Next they'll be telling us that the FRAPH terrorist leader, Toto Constant,
living in Queens, New York City, is also 'outside the reach of US agents' .....
