These are all interesting ideas, but believe it or not the circulation from
up the hill to down town and back is actually much better than it was in the
mid to late 1990s.

There is little hope of the quarry ever being shut down at Boutelier. A few
years ago an ordinance was passed that trucks from the quarry could only use
the LaBoule road during a limited period of hours, something like midnight to
5:00 a.m. (not sure precisely, but they were "off" hours).  The trucks simply
blocked the road in protest, and very soon the ordinance was altogether
forgotten.

Wouldn't a passenger sky tram be a wonderful thing? From Kenscoff, with stops
in Fermathe, Thomassin, LaBoule, Pelerin, PetionVille, Musseau, Chris-Roi,
Champs-de-Mars, Ave. Jeanne-Marie?
