vacation homes for the hot summer months, in Kenscoff?
What is the percentage breakdown between them and
these members of the presidential staff? A road is a

Not to be discouraging over any improvements in Haiti
BUT I've known since 2000 that presidential staff
members live in Kenscoff.  And yes, Port Salut
is the birthplace of Aristide and it and surrounding
towns in the farSouthern peninsula are simply
beautiful, clean, well-paved, and newly painted as of 2002.
