Cannibalization Continues

The Haiti Democracy Project has learned that Ordonel Paul, the political
gang-leader from the National Palace who was the last person seen with Amyot
Metayer before his killing, and who is widely suspected in that death, has
himself been killed. The killing operation both of the Cannibal Army leader
and his assassin is said to have been orchestrated by former police chief
Jean-Claude Jean-Baptiste, although details on this second point are still
lacking.
Ordonel went to National Palace at 10 a.m. the day after he killed Metayer.
He was there until 3 p.m. At that time he was handcuffed by a group of men
at the National Palace led by Jean-Claude Jean-Baptiste. They took him out
of the palace in a cream-colored Isuzu Trooper with official license plates.
We do not know the location of the murder.
Paul worked for both the ministry of interior and the national palace. He
was the leader of a political gang of hit men and petty racketeers.
