Oh, goody.  Gonaives!!!!  Where all the riots and destruction of
infrastructure have been reported lately on the list!  Will "the newly
renovated place" still be there?  I don't mean to be sarcastic, but this
latest report causes dismay to those of us reading about Gonaives over the
past year + (since the jailbreak, actually).  kathleen
