17223: White: Haiti is the tragedy you can dance to
From: Randall White <raw@igc.org>
A "grey wolf" indeed...
When Timothy Carney convinced his cadre of parasites--at the Brooking
Institute event a year ago--that it would be a good idea to send a sexual
predator from Nob Hill back to Haiti to help them spin their web of
misinformation, the plot was hatched.
The tragedy here is that many are mislead into thinking that Herb's
fantasies are heartfelt. That the Chronicle thinks that this is good
journalism is disappointing.
A better place to get an idea what Herb has done, look at Bob Corbett's
review of The Best Nightmare... " This is not a book about Haiti. It's a
book about Herbert Gold."

The bon vivant of the Oloffson (aka: Convergence HQ) wishes that he was
still dancing with the wives of Ft. Benning trained colonels. He never
left the verandah to get his story. It's not needed when it's already
written for you.
If you can't run with the big wolves, stay on the verandah...
