Charlito Baker & David Apaid are currently in the hands of Lavalas..
They are locked in some precinct & so far, they have not been allowed to see
their lawyers...

Charlito Baker is Andy Apaid's brother-in-law; he is the owner of an apparel
assembly plant called Pantalon Boucanier that employs over 2000 workers.
David Apaid is a 23-year old graduate of American University in Washington;
He is Andy's nephew (the son of Claude Apaid).
