I've often heard of the possibilties of using solar cookers,
I've heard of organizations that have a "demonstration" solar cooker.

My question is...does anyone know of the sucessful and long term
(not demo) use of solar cookers as a form of cooking?

If you know of folks somewhere in Haiti using solar can you describe
the particulars...who and where?
