17511: JHudicourt: storm to make landfall near Jacmel Sat am

Tropical Storm Odette has 50 miles/hour wind and could drop 8 to 10 inches
of rain in Haiti in the next 24 hours.  The center of the storm should be
near Jacmel tomorrow morning and rain has already started in parts of
Haiti.

National Hurricane Center predicts mudslides in the mountains of Haiti and
slowing down of the storm as it crosses the high mountains near of Eastern
Haiti and Western Dominican Republic.
