I hear the Regis Debray commission will be in Haiti next week. Not sure of
the dates.

Funny that the CNN crawl yesterday said "tropical storm headed toward the
D.R." (but didn't mention Haiti) and the weather anchor said "Hispaniola,
which includes The Dominican Republic and Haiti". Do you suppose they mean
that nobody has ever heard of Haiti so why mention it, or the storm will be
far worse in the D.R. than in Haiti (Doubtful), or that there are more
immigrants from the D.R. than refugees/immigrants from Haiti, or?
