Judging from the situations surrounding the polling places in May 2000, I
think the opposition to elections reflects the fear that those elections
would be no more free than they were in May 2000.  The resources to protect
ALL voters all over the country, and the resulting ballots, aren't there, I
don't believe.  Otherwise, of course voting would be the best option.
