Caricom leaders know more than canadian intelligence concerning about
haiti...paul martin conceded...maybe they also know more than you ?

btw, with 600 medical doctors working WITH the national health system... that
makes CUBA the biggest the biggest foreign aid source no ? Let s put 250 000 $
the cost for each MD....it make more than USAID and CIDA contribution to their
NGO in order to do whatever they want regardless of the national laws or
developpment plans...(these NGO makes me think of the multinational who wants
to sue goverments that dare vote social laws that would get in the way of their
profits...)
