Marassa want to interrogate congressional black caucus, Randall Robinson et
al.
Why have they no criticized titid? Is it because Haiti small part of bigger
reparations strategy?

Reparations from France. Reparations from U.S. occupation. Trying to set
legal precedent for reparations for African Americans?

Does Lavalas willingness to talk reparations mean that the Washington nexus
of Congressional Black Caucus/TransAfrica forum/and Haiti gov't lobbyists
will support him no matter what?

If so, once again Haiti being used by everybody, no? U.S. domestic issues
more important than Haitian poor people.
