Keep perspective people. There is much stalling, lagging etc. and so on.
Why? 'cause the people in power are re-positioning for the next transition.
Deals must be struck, negotiations started. Don't forget that dechoukay in
'86 only meant a shift in appearance of power, not of power itself.

This is why things have not changed, won't change and can not change. too
many people have too much at stake. The "ameri-left" sees the battle one
way, the undemocratic convergence sees it in another light altogether. Ask
the "lumpen" and their responses will vary just as much.

scapegoat. can i get a scapegoat? load up the last 18 yrs on the back of
Titid and run it out of town. cathartic? absolutely.  Fair? depends on your
perspective.

but certainly not new. just like what is happening now in haiti. and what
will keep happening. just like 1804; all smoke and mirrors, no real
revolution, only a battle for power to plunder, not to change anything.
