Artistide should be allowed to serve out his terms, not allowing him to do
so  because the United States said so would not be the will of the Haitian
people.  If fact it would tell the opposition and future opposition that
violence against civilians is okay.  The US steps in so we can have a repeat
of the past: 1915, 1986,  1994,only to leave again.  If History repeats
itself  -- the Haitian poor will suffer.
