Haiti Open Discussion

The Haitian crisis has reached the point of no return.

Is this a guerilla movement? And what is the goal of
that insurrection?
We have seen a Guerilla movement in Nicaragua, in
Guatemala, in Columbia, in Liberia and many other
places. Who are the leaders of this current movement?

Both sides, the Government and the Guerilla need to
respect the rules of Engagement. They should give la
Croix Rouge Haitienne (the Red cross) and journalists
full access in their control area. They should protect
the civilian population and not shooting at peaceful
demonstrators. Both sides should protect the life of
the children and unarmed women.

At this present moment, the Napoleon’s Code is in
effect; both sides shall make an effort to minimize
the casualties.

What is the code name of that Rebellious Movement?
What type of government these folks are going to put
in place once they take over Port-au-Prince?
