Marassa want to know where are specialized police units? We know that the
regular NHP no have big guns or the good training or the nice equipment.

But Marastas has seen BRI and CIMO and SWAT and the other private little
militias with their bullet proofed vests and their nice glocks and their
really pretty M-16s....they walk around Kanaval like the gwo zotobre. And
all equipment DEA give to "their special helpers", where is it?

Where are they now? How many special groups of polices are there?
Are one of them in Saint Marc providing sekurite?

Something not right. If 3000 police, most in Capital, why can't get
volunteer group of them to fight only 200 rebels? Not 2000, but 200. This no
make sense, unless something else is happening within police forces.

Why no one interviewing Dany Toussaint?
