Is it the aim of the Bush Administration with his so-called Scretary of
State  to erase the legacy of Haiti being the first black independent nation in the
world?

If the Haitians are not careful, this legacy of being the first black
republic will be wiped out, forgotten in the shameful mess that is supported by
supposedly respectable governments, including the US and France.

The rest of the world is undermining what Aristide is trying to do in order
to make the Haitians fall back on the old ways of doing things . Aristide
recognizes the tactic; he will not fall for it.

The poor people who voted him into power, in the majority, have the most to
lose because they will be enslaved into servitude again. The opposition has
sabotaged the 200 years of independence of this nation with their egostistical
greed. If you want to be president you have to work for it not take by force
with or without outside interference.

No Oil no Gold  who cares about democracy when it is not profitable; forget
about the principal ?
