I do understand the facts to have been what you think they are.
Unfortunately, Mr. Aristide and the Black Caucus Investments in Haiti are
not about to let go - it seems like they  did not have time to secure
everything before Aristide decided to resign. Oh Haiti, another fuel drop
in your burning house!
It sounds like Mr. Aristide and his friends/investors in his Haiti are
setting the stage for a 3rd term and wherefore, they have to keep their
supporters 'alive'....
