what if we look at "abduction" another way.

Remember that if Titid pick up and go bye bye, lots of people close to him
going to die in retributions. Not in their interest to see him go...deadly
for them. they see him go and they all ask "what about us". "you gets to
leave on big plane with all that stolen money waiting for you and you going
to leave us for to die at hands of retributors?" ..they all would say no way
jose and take him hostage in Palace....specially that Rene Civile...or that
Orelus...

maybe real issue here is that his sekurity detail no betray him. maybe he
knew that when end came he need Shaved heads to extract him. a haitian
securite unit would no let him leave. no Aristide mean no legal stealing or
killing. it mean game is over, time up.

ah, now we seeing it.

if he real prisoner would they let him make phone call???
