You must be joking.......you think the return of FRAPH MEMBERS, THE OLD
MILITARY AND THE POSSIBLE RETURN OF BABY DOC ARE FOR THE BETTERMENT OF THE PEOPLE
OF HAITI.  How could this be?  Haiti has been plagued with problems for 200
years.  How much of that can you blame on Aristide.  There is no order in Haiti
today.  The so called present leaders are in hiding.  Now a man who wasa member
of the death squad has declared himself head of the military.  Speaking as a
person who has spent a lot of time in Haiti over the past eleven years, I cry
for my people there.
