I personally have no such contact. But is there anyone on this list that may
have contacts with people or organizations that may be able to provide such
equipment? Whether brand new or used (as long as it works) they can always
claim a tax write-off for it.
How much is it supposed to cost? Installation and shipping costs?

Do you list members have any idea on how to procure such equipment?
Is there anyone/group from the North wanting to take the lead on this?
Few suggestions:
1) a collection drive/fundraising
      a) church
      b) haitian businesses (initially those of ppl from the North)
      c) events (sports, gala, concert, etc...)
      d) others...
