Why haiti will no change

1) Haitians no like lucky people from Dyaspora. why should Dyas benefit
after people in Haiti suffer?
2) Haitians in Dyaspora: are they willing to work with big technical skills
for Haiti salary? no likely.
3) If Dyas do get big salary from U.S. or Kanada or U.N., how Haitians who
suffer under Titid going to react to this? they will no like at all.
4) No trust. This mean no one will disarm. even if they hand in one gun they
will have two in hiding. makes total sense. after what just happen, if you
no have gun, you completely helpless when men with guns no like you.
5) real problem, all problem aside, is political culture of Haiti. This will
take generation to change. Int'l community no has desire to be involved for
25 years minimum.
6) Haiti has no resources. environment is complete catastrophe. too many
people. only real answer is MASSIVE migration out of country.
7) Haitian economy/gov't budget already mostly dependent on foreigners. As
long as foreigners paying piper, foreigners going to call tune.
