Marassa like Mr.Simidor's warm and fuzzy notion of disarmament. But It is
ludicrus.
In '95 they try to disarm city soleil. But everyone use it as a way to get
police to harass people they no like. disarm no work.

easy to sit in brooklyn or Montreal or Miami and ask for no guns...wait a
minute!! U.S. awash in guns. Kanada awash in guns. Why Haitians can no hang
on to guns??

We telling list for awhile that no one will disarm. why? Haitians no trust
each other.
can you blame them?

Strong policing, maybe gun control. no buying way out of prison might
help...

disarmament a pipe dream. Haitians tell you that only moun sòt put down
guns.
