It's delusional thinking for US politicos to attempt to divide armed Haitian
individuals as though there were three discrete groups. Nothing is that clear.
Criminals pervade both camps and I wonder if there are any "pure" criminals
at all either... or any "pure" pro-Aristide or "pure" anti-Aristide militants
either. And the anti-Aristide folks with guns that are being called former
military were often criminals then and are still criminals now. Calling them
"former FAdH" dignifies them beyond the call of reality. --nancy laleau
