Perhaps Quebecois seeing Haiti as chance to pick up where Americans no could
succeed...with all Multinational corporation based in Montreal, Quebecois
need nice new place to grow business...
haiti is their nice new little colonie in Caribbean.....SNC Lavalin, Hydro
Quebec, etc. et al.....need expanding markets...all things Quebec has, haiti
needs. not to mention poaching all beautiful french speaking talented
lovelies to move to Quebec for to bulk up dwindiling population...

Canada give Haiti to Quebec/Francophony Coderre as nice gift for staying in
confederation...
....just look at size of new embassy just down hill from Delmas 75 (nice
symbolic retreat from la ville, no?) ....we wonder if they will do what they
did in jamaica....and just put "Canada" on building...jamaicans no like this
so much...very arrogant

So, when UN mission come, big pressure by Quebec, (just like in 94) to keep
it as a FRENCH mission...so VIshnusurf correct again...Kreole sympathizers
no need apply....and all New York dog-walkers who come as observers and
speak little morceaux of French can pass time at beach....and shack up with
pretty Haitians...and make big grinbaks....mix and mingle...
