Not so surprising when you consider that some on the right wish to discredit
any international institution. Although it is good to see the IMF getting some
heat from both sides. Forbes' list is just a grab bag of solutions from here
and there that he cobbled together for a column. Debt forgiveness will be
tricky because of the precedent it sets, so there would have to be lots of
delicate diplomacy going on between many players, even assuming legislators in the
US, and elsewhere, go for it.
